Private-beta participation terms
These draft terms document the operational expectations for invited testers. They require professional legal review before they can govern a public or paid service.
Invitation and access
Access is personal, revocable, and limited to the invited account. Keep credentials and multi-factor codes private. Do not attempt to access another user’s records, bypass service controls, or disrupt the platform.
Learning guidance
IntiQuest provides practice and instructional guidance, not guaranteed scores, admission outcomes, or official College Board services. AI-generated guidance can contain mistakes and should be checked against the question, explanation, and trusted instruction.
Content and feedback
Do not copy, scrape, redistribute, or misuse question-bank content. Beta feedback may be used to improve the service, but do not include passwords, payment information, or unnecessary personal information in feedback.
Availability and changes
The private beta may change, pause, or end while reliability and safety are validated. Paid access, refunds, renewal, cancellation, governing law, dispute, age, and parental-consent terms are intentionally not activated until legal review is complete.
