This page records the customer-friendly principles proposed for a future controlled paid beta. It is not an active offer and requires business and professional legal approval before payments begin.
Before a family pays
The pricing page and hosted checkout will show the exact price, billing interval, charge timing, included service, human-support boundary, renewal, and trial terms before confirmation.
Cancellation
The proposed beta policy is cancel anytime through a hosted billing portal, with learning access continuing through the paid period. Ending a subscription will not erase saved learning history.
Refunds
The final refund window and eligibility rules have not been approved. They will be stated plainly before checkout, without requiring a customer to search several pages.
Payment problems
A failed payment should produce a clear warning and recovery path rather than deleting a student account or learning history. Exact grace-period and read-only-access rules remain a launch decision.
